Hello, I’m Amir.

BACKGROUND

I’m an aspiring virtual assistant professional who is working towards becoming a web designer with mad skills. I love everything about the web.

Growing up in a small country in Southeast Asia, the web has enabled me to see and learn so much more of the world. The internet was - is - also the enabling agent that allowed me to re-skill and re-invent myself.

I've lived in lots of different places and have interacted with many cultures. This experience has enabled a broad and varied approach to every task or project I undertake.

I have worked in lots of different jobs.

Professionally I’ve been a business analyst, change analyst, project manager and marketer.

As well as being an author, I am also a dedicated martial artist skilled in both 'Silat' and 'Kuntao'. I maintain a separate website sharing this other love of mine here.

I am a life-long learner who's always interested in expanding my skills.
